Next Steps Together is a small, community-led organisation based at Tumbly Hill Health & Wellbeing Hub in Kingsbridge. Every week, we support people living with dementia, individuals navigating caring roles or grief, and families who might otherwise feel isolated or overlooked.

We are proud to have National Lottery funding to help run our community building, but we rely on local donations and grants to fund the services that happen inside it - from our dementia groups and Meeting Centre, to counselling sessions, creative and social activities, gentle exercise classes, and intergenerational programmes.
