Our Location
Tumbly Hill Wellbeing Hub
Kingsbridge, South DevonTumbly Hill is at the centre of our work at NeST.
Once a local authority day centre, this two-storey building has been reimagined as a community health and wellbeing hub. Since taking on the space in May 2025, we have been gradually bringing it back into use as a place for connection, support and shared activity.
Tumbly Hill is now home to a growing range of activities and support, bringing people together through shared experiences, practical support and opportunities to take part in everyday community life.
We provide a calm, inclusive space for people navigating memory loss or dementia, as well as other major life changes and emotional challenges.
Alongside this, we offer a wider community programme that includes SEND and home-education support, counselling, personal development workshops, physical wellbeing, creative activities, volunteering opportunities and opportunities for connection.

What You'll Find at Tumbly Hill:
- Our NeST Meeting Centre will eventually support people with dementia and their families 3 days a week.
- Counselling & therapy rooms offer peaceful, confidential spaces for one-to-one support.
- Room hire with flexible spaces for group sessions, workshops and creative or social activities.
- Large accessible kitchen available for community events— used for both therapeutic and community purposes
- Welcoming reception area staffed by our friendly team of volunteers.
... plus so much more
