Quilting Group

Gardening Group

Kingsbridge Gardeners’ Club meet on the first Monday of every month between 7pm and 9pm
Arts & Crafts Group

Meet on the 1st and 3rd Wednesday of every month between 2pm and 4pm. The cost is £5 per person which includes materials and a complimentary coffee and piece of cake on the first visit.
Music & Singing Group

Rick Wadey will be offering a community singalong on the first Wednesday of every month between 3.30 and 4.30pm. The cost is £3 per person. Tea and coffee can be purchased from the Care Hub.
Paul Dixon and family will be starting their singalong sessions again in the new year. We can let you know more details nearer the time.
Memory Cafe Group

Alzheimer’s Society run a Memory Café on the third Thursday of every month between 2pm and 4pm. Unfortunately, this group is open only to people with an Alzheimer’s or Dementia diagnosis due to funding restrictions. This Memory Café is free to attend as the group facilitators are funded by Devon County Council.
Next Steps will be running a Memory Café on the 1st Thursday of every month from January. This group will be open to anyone who wishes to attend. You do not need to have a Dementia diagnosis to join in the activities. This will be an interactive, participant-led group. Unfortunately, Next Steps is not yet in receipt of funding so will need to charge £3 per person to cover room hire costs and facilitator expenses.
Chatter and Natter sessions

Organised coffee mornings take place on the 1st and 3rd Tuesday and on the 2nd and 4th Thursday of each month.
‘Parki’ Pilates

A weekly exercise class designed specifically to support people with Parkinson’s. This class takes place in the Jubilee Studio every Wednesday morning between 11am and 11.45am.
