We are a busy community hub based in central Kingsbridge, whose primary objective is to support the mental health and wellbeing of our older population. The Care Hub is home to a growing number of local charities and non-profit organisations, including Kingsbridge Age Concern, Next Steps for Living, Dying, Grieving, and South Hams Area Wellbeing. Together we provide a range of services and activities to support people over the age of 55.
