An intergenerational group for women and their children, led by specialists in autism and ADHD with lived experience of dementia care. Sessions blend peer support, gentle life coaching and learning through play, connecting mums, children and women in later life. Particularly supportive for late-diagnosed neurodivergent women and older women with memory concerns (including dementia).
