Late Diagnosed / Identifying ADHD Adults Group
A supportive peer group for adults who have discovered their ADHD later in life, or who identify with ADHD without a formal diagnosis.
This is a space to share experiences, explore what ADHD means for you, and connect with others who understand. Whether you are newly diagnosed, self-identifying, or still figuring things out, you are very welcome to join us.
When: Last Thursday of the month
Time: 6.30pm – 7.30pm
