What you can expect
Living with ADHD can sometimes feel confusing, frustrating or isolating, particularly when the people around us experience the world differently.
Our ADHD Support Group brings people together in a relaxed and accepting environment where experiences can be shared openly, ideas exchanged and different ways of thinking understood and valued. Some people come looking for practical strategies, while others seek connection, reassurance, or simply the comfort of spending time with people who understand. However you arrive, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
What happens during the group
Each session is shaped by the people attending.
Conversations explore topics that matter to the group, with opportunities to share experiences, discuss everyday challenges, celebrate successes and learn practical ideas from one another. There is never any pressure to speak, and listening is just as valuable as contributing.
Who it's for
This group is for adults who identify with ADHD, whether formally diagnosed, recently diagnosed, diagnosed later in life, self-identifying or beginning to wonder whether ADHD may explain some of their experiences.
Everyone’s journey is different, and there’s no expectation to have all the answers before you come. Whether you’re looking for information, understanding or simply a place where you don’t have to explain yourself, you’ll be warmly welcomed.
